To access certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep this information up to date.

4 User Content & Licensing

• Ownership: You retain ownership of any prompts, images, or ad creatives ("User Content") you upload.
• License to Us: By uploading content, you grant Lookvio a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content on our platform.
• Responsibility: You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to the content you upload and that it does not violate any third-party rights or laws.

5 Payments & Subscriptions

Billing: Certain services, such as premium subscriptions or ad placements, require payment. Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g., Lemon Squeezy, Stripe).

Refunds: Refund policies vary by product type. Generally, digital goods (prompts) are non-refundable once accessed, unless defective. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

6 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other user accounts.
• Scrape or harvest data from the platform without permission.

7 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lookvio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the past 12 months.
